Saucy Cranberry Teriyaki Drummies
1 can (348 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
½ cup (125 mL) teriyaki sauce
¼ cup (60 mL) sugar
¼ cup (60 mL) pineapple or apricot jam
24 (3 pounds) chicken drummettes
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring frequently, until mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray 9x13-inch (22x33-cm / 3.5L) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add drummies. Pour cranberry mixture over drummies, stir to coat. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally, or until drummies are tender and sauce has thickened.
Makes 24 drummies.
