3 cups (750 mL) frozen shelled soybeans (edamame)
3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
2 tsp (10 mL) wasabi paste
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
Rinse edamame under cold running water to thaw; drain well.
Heat the butter in a large, nonstick skillet set over medium heat. Stir in green onions, lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup and wasabi paste. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sizzling. Stir in the edamame and Craisins®. Cook, stirring often for 2 to 3 minutes or until warmed through and coated with the butter sauce. Serve immediately .
