1/2 cup (125 mL) Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) chili sauce
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
20 (2 lb/1 kg) chicken drummettes
Combine all ingredients except drummettes, in a large resealable plastic bag; mix well. Add drummettes. Seal; turn bag to coat chicken.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pour chicken and marinade into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink near bone, turning 2 or 3 times and brushing with marinade. Transfer chicken pieces to a serving dish; discard any remaining marinade.
