4 cups (1 L) Ocean Spray® 100% Juice Blend Cranberry
1 pkg (85 g) strawberry jelly powder
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) frozen strawberries, partially thawed and crushed
1 can (355 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate
Place 2 cups (500 mL) of Ocean Spray® 100% Juice Blend Cranberry in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add jelly powder and stir until dissolved. Add remaining juice, strawberries and lemonade concentrate; mix well. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch (3.5 L) metal cake pan. Cover and freeze.
To serve, run the prongs of a fork over the surface of the frozen mixture to break up. Spoon 3/4 cup (175 mL) of slush into a tall glass. Top with ginger ale, stir well and sip with a straw.
