2½ cups (625 mL) dried hibiscus
2 cups (500 mL) Ocean Spray® Cranberry Cocktail
3 oz (90 mL) fresh ginger, grated
1 pinch allspice (optional)
8 cups (2 L) boiling water
2 cups (500 mL) sugar
2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
Lemon slices and rosemary for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, combine Ocean Spray® Cranberry Cocktail, ginger, and allspice (optional).
Combine dried hibiscus with water and bring to boil. Add sugar to boiling water mixture and strain into large mixing bowl. Let cool completely. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with lemon slices and rosemary.
