½ cup (125 mL) butter, softened
1¼ cups (310 mL) flour, divided
¼ cup (60 mL) milk, divided
1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
½ tsp (2 mL) baking powder
¼ tsp (1 mL) cloves
½ cup (125 mL) walnuts
1 package (170 g) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Original
Preheat oven to 375°F (200°C).
Place butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add HALF of the flour, HALF of the milk, and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the dried cranberries. Thoroughly combine using an electric mixer on medium-high speed. Add remaining flour and milk, as well as dried cranberries and walnuts, mixing on low speed.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2½ dozen cookies.
