Makes 6 dozen cookies


1¼ cups (310 mL) butter, softened
1 cup (250 mL) powdered sugar
2¼ cups (560 mL) all-purpose flour
1 package (170 g) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Blueberry


Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Mix in the flour, a little at a time, until combined. Stir in dried cranberries.

Roll dough into 1-inch (25 mm) balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Lightly grease the bottom of a drinking glass, then dip in granulated sugar. Gently flatten dough balls with the glass, making 2 inch (50 mm) rounds. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

To make round cookies:
Roll dough into 1-inch (25 mm) balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 17 minutes. Remove from sheets; cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.

Makes 6 dozen cookies.
