1 cup (250 mL) Craisins® Dried Cranberries
6 squares white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup (250mL) chopped walnuts or pecans, optional.
1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded coconut, optional.
Place chocolate in microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at medium (50%) power for 3 minutes to partially melt chocolate.
Remove and stir until completely melted. Stir in Craisins® Dried Cranberries. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined. Drop small spoonfuls onto a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Chill until firm, about 15 minutes. Wrap well and refrigerate. Store for up to 2 weeks
