1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) flour, divided
1/4 cup (50 mL) milk, divided
1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking powder
1/4 tsp (1 mL) cloves
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts
1 pkg (142 g) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
Preheat oven to 375º.
Place butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add HALF of the flour, HALF of the milk, and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the sweetened dried cranberries. Thoroughly combine using an electric mixer on medium-high speed. Add remaining flour and milk, as well as sweetened dried cranberries, mixing on low speed.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
