5 lbs (2.5 kg) sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 can (348 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) packed brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 mL) whipping cream
1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
Pinch ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Combine all ingrdients in a large mixing bowl; add salt and pepper to taste. Turn mixture into an 8-cup (2 L) shallow casserole. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until heated through.
Note: Casserole can be prepared the day before serving, covered and refrigerated. Increase baking time to 45 minutes.
