1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch
3/4 cup (175 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
3/4 cup (175 mL) pineapple juice
1/4 cup (50 mL) cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp (25 mL) soy sauce
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve as a sauce for chicken or pork. Makes about 2 cups (500 mL).
