1 cup (250 mL) Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) cardamom
1/2 cup (125 mL) oil
Put all ingredients, except oil, in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed. Remove the cap in the centre of the blender lid; place lid back on blender. With the blender running, SLOWLY add oil through the hole in the lid. Makes 1 cup (250 mL).
