Frosty Piña Colada
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (50 mL) Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Cocktail
1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed pineapple
3 oz (75 mL) rum, plain, coconut or pineapple flavoured
2 oz (50 mL) coconut milk or coconut cream
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) crushed ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
