Refreshing Cranberry Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (125mL) vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50mL) Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Cocktail
1/4 cup (50mL) red wine vinegar
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey mustard
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into a decorative jar or bottle and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 1 cup (250 mL).
