Ruby Party Punch
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle (1.89L) Ocean Spray® Ruby™ Red Grapefruit Cocktail, Chilled
12 slices lime
4 tbsp (20mL) vanilla extract
4 cups (1L) lemon-lime flavoured soda,chilled
Directions:
1.To make 12 large ice cubes, pour 2 cups (500 mL) of grapefruit cocktail into a fancy tart or muffin tin. Float a slice of lime in each tin and freeze until solid.
2. In a large punch bowl, stir the remaining grapefruit cocktail with the vanilla extract. Just before serving, stir in the ice cubes and lemon-lime soda. Serve in punch glasses. Makes 12 cups (3L)
Tip: To make this an alcoholic punch, stir in 2 cups (500 mL) of white rum before serving.
