INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) heavy cream
- 1 - 340g package white baking chips
- 3 cups (750 mL) chow mein noodles
- 1 cup(250 mL) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Blueberry or Pomegranate
- Juice Infused
- 1 cup (250 mL) granola cereal
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) slivered almonds, toasted
- Candied eggs or jelly beans
DIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
Line 2 large baking sheets with waxed paper.
Combine honey and cream in 2-quart (2L) saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until bubbly. Add chips; cook, stirring, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour cream mixture over sweetened dried cranberry mixture. Stir until mixed and coated. Press mixture into muffin tins in the shape of nests. Let stand until completely set. Add candied eggs or colorful jelly beans into nest to complete. Store loosely covered.
Makes 30 nests.
TIP: For easier spooning, spray tablespoon with cooking spray before forming nests.
