INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup (60 mL) peeled clementine segments
- 1 oz (30 mL) Vodka
- 1 oz (30 mL) Akvavit
- 1 oz (30 mL) lime juice
- 1 oz (30 mL) Simple syrup
- 2 oz (60 mL) Ocean Spray ® Cranberry Cocktail
- 1 oz (30 ml) egg white (optional)
DIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
To a cocktail shaker, add peeled clementine segments. Muddle. Fill the shaker with ice and add vodka, Akvavit, lime juice, simple syrup and Ocean Spray® Cranberry Cocktail. Add egg white (optional). Shake sharply and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a side of potato chips.
Makes 1 serving.
