INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) lemon sorbet or gelato (approx.)
- 1 cup (250 mL) Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Cocktail, chilled
- 2 oz (60 mL) gin
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
1. Place 2 small scoops of sorbet in each of 8 shot glasses. Place the glasses on a tray in the freezer.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small pitcher and chill. Pour the cocktail mixture over the sorbet just before serving. Garnish with mint.
