INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle (1.89L) Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Cocktail
- 4 3-inch (7 cm) cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground ginger
- 5 tsp (30mL) butter, softened, divided
- 5 tsp (30mL) packed brown sugar, divided
- 2 1/2 oz (75mL) almond flavour liqueur, optional
- 6 3 inch (7 cm) cinnamon sticks, garnish
DIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
Combine white cranberry cocktail, 4 cinnamon sticks and ginger in large saucepan. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks; set aside for garnish. Put 1/2 tsp (3 mL) each of butter and brown sugar into 10 mugs. Pour hot cranberry cocktail mixture into each mug. Stir gently. Add 1/4 oz (1-1/2 tsp) almond flavour liqueur to each mug, if desired. Garnish with cinnamon sticks. Makes 10 servings.
