- 1 can (348 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) diced dried apricots
- 1 1/4 tsp (6 mL) cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dried cilantro
- 1 tsp (5 mL) hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) black pepper
- 6 4-ounce (125 g each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a medium saucepan.Cook until heated through.Keep warm until serving time.Sauté, broil, bake or grill chicken.Top with a 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the cranberry salsa
