Smoked Turkey and Cranberry Gourmet Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 12 inch (30 cm) pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 can (348 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) sliced green onions, white and green parts
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 lb (125 g) smoked deli turkey, cut into strips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place bread shell on an ungreased baking pan. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle with green onions and cheese. Top with turkey. Bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted. Makes 1 large pizza.
