INGREDIENTS
- SAUCE:
- ½ cup (125 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped red onion
- ⅛ tsp (.50 mL) dried poultry seasoning
- ROLL-UPS:
- 4 (6 to 8-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Muenster or Provolone cheese
- 8 oz (250 g) thinly sliced deli turkey
DIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients; set aside.
To assemble roll-ups: Place one flour tortilla on cutting board. Top with 1 large Romaine lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, and 2 oz (60 mL) turkey. Spread about 2 tbsp (30 mL) of sauce down center of turkey slices.
Starting on one side, carefully roll-up tortilla; secure with wooden picks. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Serve with additional cranberry sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 roll-ups.
