INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (348 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) raisins
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced, peeled apple
- 1/4 cup (50 mL + 2 tbsp (30 mL)) sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL + 2 tbsp (30 mL)) vinegar
- 1/4 tsp (.5 mL) allspice
- 1/4 tsp (.5 mL) ginger
- 1/4 tsp (.5 mL) cinnamon
- pinch of ground cloves
DIRECTIONS
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook on medium heat stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups (625 mL).
