Cranberry Citrus Salad with Sunflower Seeds

  • Dressing
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Ocean Spray® 100% Juice Blend Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) walnut oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
    • Salad
  • 1 package mixed salad greens
  • 1 grapefruit, sectioned (10 to 12 sections)
  • 2 pieces thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries Original
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) roasted salted sunflower seeds

DIRECTIONS

DIRECTIONS

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously.

Combine salad ingredients.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.

Serves 2 as a meal or 4 as a side salad.
