Apple Cranberry Crumble Pie

Ingredients
1 (9 inch/23 cm) frozen deep dish pie shell Crumble
1/2 cup (125 mL) packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, softened Filling
4 cups (1 L) thinly sliced apples
1 cup (250 mL) Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 mL) white granulated sugar
1/4 cup (75 mL) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
1/3 tasse (75 mL) farine tout usage
1 c. à thé (5 mL) cannelle moulue
1 9 po (23 cm) fond de tarte congelé profound
Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place crumble ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Work butter into dry ingredients until butter is the size of small peas using a pastry blender or fork.
Set aside.
Combine all filling ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well.
Spoon into pie shell. Set filled shell on baking sheet; sprinkle with crumble topping.
Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
Loosely cover with foil if pie begins to brown too quickly.
Cool. Makes 1 pie
