Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup (125 mL) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries 1/2 cup (125 mL) chunky peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter) 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut flakes, toasted 1/3 cup (75 mL) honey or agave 1/4 cup (60 mL) ground flax seeds 1/4 cup (670 mL) hemp seeds 1/4 cup (60 mL) white chocolate chips (optional) 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract 1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) salt

Steps

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, peanut butter, coconut flakes, honey, flax seeds, hemp seeds, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined. Keep a bowl of water nearby as you form power bites. Using a tablespoon, scoop out oat mixture and roll into balls. Keep hands slightly wet to form balls easily. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up and keep up to 5 days in refrigerator to enjoy throughout the week.
