Ingredients
3/4 cup Renée's Gourmet™ Original Poppy Seed Light Dressing & Dip
1 Head of Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 Bag of fresh baby spinach leaves
3 Seedless oranges, peeled and chopped
3 Kiwis, peeled, sliced and quartered (optional)
1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup Toasted, slivered almonds or sunflower seeds (optional)
1/4 cup Red onion, sliced into rounds (optional)
1/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Steps
Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
Right before serving, add Renée's Gourmet™ Poppy Seed Dressing (Light or Regular).
Quick Tip: To save time, use a 1 1/2-lb.
bag of mixed salad instead of lettuce and spinach.
