Cranberry Pineapple and Radish Salad

Ingredients
DRESSING:
3 tbsp (45 mL) Ocean Spray® Cran·Pineappleâ„¢ Cranberry Pineapple Cocktail
1 tbsp (15 mL) walnut oil
¼ tsp (1 mL) Kosher salt
1/8 tsp (.5 mL) freshly cracked pepper
SALAD:
4 cups (1 kg) favorite greens (arugula, baby greens, Romaine, etc.)
1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced fresh pineapple
1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced radish, each slice cut into 4 pieces
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced into thin slices
â…“ cup (75 mL) Feta cheese
¼ cup (60 mL) chopped walnuts, toasted
¼ cup (60 mL) Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh chives, chopped
Steps
In a glass measuring cup stir together all dressing ingredients; set aside.
In large mixing bowl toss together all salad ingredients.
Pour dressing over top of salad and gently mix together.
TIP: Salad is also great with thinly sliced cooked chicken breast or steak added.
