Cranberry Pineapple Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients
1 can (19 oz/540 mL) pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving 1/4 cup (50mL) juice . 1 cup (250 mL) Craisins® Dried Cranberries . 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped sweet red pepper . 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh cilantro . 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped red onion . 1 tbs (15 mL) minced, seeded jalapeño pepper . 2 tsp (10 mL) grated lime peel . 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavours to blend. Serve with fish, poultry or meat. Makes about 3 cups (750 mL)
