Cranberry Pineapple Glazed Ham
Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed 2 tsp (10 mL) cornstarch 1 8 lb (4 kg) fully cooked boneless ham
Steps
Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC). Combine cranberry sauce, pineapple juice concentrate and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Press mixture through a sieve; discard residue. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham. Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thermometer registers 135ºF (55ºC) to 140ºF (60ºC). Liberally baste ham with glaze during last 45 minutes of baking. Makes 24 servings.
