Cranberry Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped mango
1 cup (250 mL) finely chopped fresh pineapple
â…“ cup (80 mL) finely chopped red onion
â…“ cup (80 mL) finely chopped red pepper
¼ cup (60 mL) chopped fresh cilantro leaves
3 tbsp (45 mL) Ocean Spray® Cran·Pineappleâ„¢ Cranberry Pineapple Cocktail
2 tbsp (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cumin
½ tsp (2 mL) Kosher salt
¼ tsp (1 mL) freshly cracked pepper
Steps
In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients; mix well.
Serve as desired (with grilled chicken or fish, on chips, on top of toasted baguette slices, etc.)
