Ocean Spray Cranberry Gochujang grilled Korean-style Beef Ribs

Beef Ribs
4 beef Korean-style cut beef short ribs
Salt
Pepper
Ocean Spray Cranberry Gochujang Glaze
1/2 can Ocean Spray jellied Cranberry Sauce
4 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Kimchi Slaw
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup chopped kimchi
1 carrot, julienned
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp ocean spray whole berry cranberry sauce
Garnish
• 2 tbsp chopped spicy peanuts
• 2 tbsp toasted black and white sesame seeds
• 2 green onions thinly sliced
Steps
1. Cute ribs into individual bones and season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
3. Marinate ribs in sauce for at least 30 minutes and then grill beef ribs on direct high heat for 2 minutes. Every flip (every 2 minutes) brush with extra marinade. Repeat 2-3 times until sauce caramelizes over ribs.
4. Toss together the kimchi slaw ingredients including whole berry cranberry sauce in a large bowl until fully dressed.
5. Place slaw in a bowl and then top with grilled beef ribs.
6. Garnish with chopped peanuts, sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions
