Turkey Cranberry Roll-ups

Ingredients
SAUCE:
½ cup (125 mL) Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
¼ cup (60 mL) chopped pecans
2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped red onion
â…› tsp (.50 mL) dried poultry seasoning

ROLL-UPS:
4 (6 to 8-inch) flour tortillas
4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices Muenster or Provolone cheese
8 oz (250 g) thinly sliced deli turkey
1 c. à soupe (15 mL) chacun de jus de citron ReaLemon* et de sirop d’érable
Steps
In small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients; set aside.
To assemble roll-ups: Place one flour tortilla on cutting board. Top with 1 large Romaine lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, and 2 oz (60 mL) turkey. Spread about 2 tbsp (30 mL) of sauce down center of turkey slices.
Starting on one side, carefully roll-up tortilla; secure with wooden picks. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Serve with additional cranberry sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 roll-ups.
