White Cranberry Apple Chutney

Ingredients
1 cup (250mL) Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Cocktail
3/4 cup (175mL) red wine vinegar
1/4 cup (50mL) packed brown sugar
4 medium apples, cored and diced
1 medium onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh gingerroot, finely chopped
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) grated orange peel
1 pqt de mélange à salade de chou

1 tasse (250 mL) de poivron rouge haché
2 tasses (500 mL) de poulet cuit, émincé
½ tasse (125 mL) de canneberges sèches Craisins® Ocean Spray®
½ tasse (125 mL) de nouilles à chow mein
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally, about 40 minutes or until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly. Serve with poultry, pork or fish. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to one month. Makes about 5 cups (1.25L).
